HELPING FEDERAL WORKERS: Come to the grassy middle and ask for Janet. We are offering free breakfast to those in need (up to $10.) This is until the money runs out. It was Goodbye to the season with our annual singing of 'Country Roads' ATTENTION VENDORS! For Winter, please plan to start set up no earlier than 7:30am. A reminder NOT to drive across the center grass, unless given permission by management. Also a SAFETY REMINDER: vendors must NOT move their vehicles until 1pm. This is so we can safely clear out children first. In an emergency, come to the Info booth. For this Sunday, Info will be located on the center grass. OUR HOLIDAY MARKET is set for the first Sunday in December, DECEMBER 7th. A reminder that our HOURS CHANGE FOR THIS ONE DAY ONLY: 11am to 2pm to accommodate Santa’s schedule. Vendor Market fees are due in advance. Look for a hot chocolate bar, along with smores and chestnuts. Dozens of food vendors, jewelers, crafters and farmers have already signed up to participate. You’ll be able to shop 'til you drop for one of a kind, handmade items. And we’ll keep you warm! MARKET QUIZ: What do Maritza (the Crepe Shoppe), Dani (Sweet Tea and Cornbread) and Audra (Lavender Rose Boutiques) have in common? The first person to come to the Info booth with the answer gets a free breakfast. SAYING FAREWELL: Full Circle Farm and Pleitez Produce are off for the Winter. PARKING IS ALWAYS FREE! (For Winter, vendors may leave at 1 instead of 1:10) There are 2 main lots, one outside the professional buildings on 108; the other opposite the Thrift Shop on Prince Philip. NO PETS PLEASE! DONATIONS WELCOME! Please consider a donation to our 501-C-3, Friends of the Olney Farmers Market. The Market provides vouchers for fresh produce to those in need. This season, we’ve given out more vouchers than ever before. It would be great to replenish our fund. We also need funds to support our music program and our children's tent. Checks can be mailed to PO Box 1787, Olney, MD 20830. We also accept donations at our Info tent. You may also use the Donate button at the top of this newsletter. THANK YOU!! ***Customers: Please do NOT remove barricades at our entrances and exits. These are meant to keep all of us safe.
