Yoga! Join us at The Olney Farmers Market each Sunday at 10am for community yoga! This is an all levels class adaptable for every body and all levels.  We will be in front of the Thrift Shop in the wide open field.  All are welcome and class is free as sponsored by Medstar Health!  Come get your veggies, do your yoga, & see your community!
 
Please bring your own mat or beach towel.  Please be courteous and only sign up to hold the spot if you know you can be there.  Class is free but pre-registration is required.  https://upliftyoga.net/schedule/

SPECIAL GUEST APPEARANCES:  VOTER REGISTRATION (final day at the Market) and the Montgomery Energy Connection, including an energy-saving light bulb exchange and jump roping for kids.

NIGHT MARKET AND FREE MOVIE NIGHT: FRIDAY JUNE 26 STARTING AT 6.  The Movie is ‘Encanto’, perfect for families.  Enjoy delicious Market cuisine and shop among our juried Jewelers and Crafters.  Special thanks to the Olney Civic Fund for making this possible.  Also thanks to Neil Rubenstein for organizing the production.  Anyone in need should stop by the Info tent for discount coupons.

VENDOR ALERT!   A reminder that all vendors are required to have weights of at least 25 pounds per leg, no exceptions!  In the event of strong winds, you will be asked to take down your tent.  This is for everyone’s safety.  Anyone who refuses to comply will be subject to termination.  We just can’t take any chances.  Thank you.

SNAP:  Yes, we take SNAP!  Stop by the Info tent and ask for Charles for details.
FOOD SCRAPS: As part of a Montgomery County-sponsored pilot, Compost Cab will accept food scraps 
from our customers. Look for their tent in the rear of the Market. You may drop off:

• Fruit and Vegetable scraps
• Cooked Food
• Meat, fish bones
• Dairy (cheese and yogurt)
• Eggshells
• Bread & Grains
• Coffee Grounds & Tea Leaves (remove all filters)

PARKING IS ALWAYS FREE!   Vendors are asked to stay until 1:10pm.  There are 2 main lots, one outside the professional buildings on 108; the other opposite the Thrift Shop on Prince Philip.

DONATIONS WELCOME!   Please consider a donation to our 501-C-3, Friends of the Olney Farmers Market.  The Market provides vouchers for fresh produce to those in need.  This season, we’ve given out more vouchers than ever before. It would be great to replenish our fund.  We also need funds to support our music program and our children's tent.
