Prizes include a cash payout and Golden Ticket to the World Food Championships. Chefs, including our own Max Zelenkov, will be gathering their ingredients at the Market. TOP PEACH FARMER: WESTMORELAND PRODUCE TOP PEACH FOOD VENDOR: LA TABLE DU CHATEAU TOP COMMUNITY PEACH PARTICIPANT: EUGENIA MATEESCU SPECIAL THANKS TO JAMES RICCIUTI FOR HIS PEACH OF PERFECTION CHEF’S DEMO: Here’s his recipe: Blueberry and Peach Panzanella Salad Ingredients: 3 cups day old bread, cut into cubes and toasted 2 cups baby arugula or mixed greens 8 oz. fresh mozzarella, cut into cubes 4 ripe peaches, sliced 1 pint blueberries 1/4 cup red onions, sliced 1/2 cup whole basil leaves, torn 1/4 cup fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar Salt and pepper 1. Toss bread and olive oil together and let soak for about three minutes. 2. Add the arugula, basil, parsley, fresh mozarrella, peaches, blueberries, red onion, vinegar to the bread and mix. 3.
