Days of Operation: The Olney Farmers and Artists Market (OFAM) Winter Market runs every Sunday between November 12, 2023 and May 5th, 2024.
Hours of Operation: The hours of the OFAM Winter Market are 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Vendors are expected to arrive by 8:45 AM, completely set up and ready by 9:00 AM, and sell for the entire time, unless it closes due to bad weather.
Location: The OFAM Winter Market is located at 2801 Olney-Sandy Spring Rd, at the corner of Prince Philip Drive and Route 108 in Olney, MD.
Snow Removal Policy: The hospital will NOT clear snow or ice from the market area. In the event of hazardous conditions, the market will close.
Pandemic Procedures: Market management will continue to monitor Covid cases in close coordination with Medstar Montgomery hospital. We’ll let you know of any changes in operation, if there’s a major resurgence of Covid.

If any OFAM-owned tents are available, vendors may rent one for $10 per day.
Application Information
Vendors are admitted based on the type of product that is needed most at the Olney Farmers and Artists Market (OFAM) . We are looking for foods that are fresh, local and nutritional, as well as ethnic and unusual treats.
Cost of $25.00 per space for the entire winter season.
First-time vendors must pay an additional $25 deposit
Vendors may pay by check, cash, money order, or cashier’s check. Check, Money Order, Cashier’s
Check can be made payable to “Olney Farmers and Artists Market”. Please include payment with your submitted application.
Once their application is accepted by OFAM, food vendors may participate for the remainder of the
winter season and need not reapply until the next season.
Vendors must reapply for the OFAM Spring and Summer season.

Vendors must check with OFAM before changing their menu or adding any new item. No unapproved items are allowed without permission.
Tents are required for all vendors.
Each vendor will display a neat, legible sign identifying the business.
Weights of at least 25 lbs per leg for tents(s) are required

No pets are allowed.
Vendors will be responsible for the behavior of family and friends.
More than three unexplained absences from OFAM will incur a $75.00 fine and possible loss of your
space.
OFAM reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time. All terms and conditions shall survive termination.
Vendors must provide garbage receptacles for any waste generated by their wares and remove their
own garbage from the market.
Receptacles provided by OFAM are intended for the use of our customers and guests.
No smoking or vaping.
Vendors must comply with all federal, state and local regulations.
Vendors will confine food to assigned space.
